  • Nobody is perfect! Asking for help is not a shame!

  • If you can rely on others for help, you are more likely to feel less overwhelmed, you are less frequently ill and you have a higher life expectancy.

  • Not only friends and family can provide social support. There is a variety of different consultation possibilities where you can get professional help if necessary.

  • Help is not automatically given! Social skills are therefore an important requirement to get support.
