Module 3: Develop mental strength

  • Emotions are essential for survival. However, extreme anger reactions can adversely affect your health. Those who live a livetime with anger smoldering in their gut, develop high blood pressure.

  • When we learn to endure emotions, we learn that emotins come and go (just like clouds).

  • To bottle things up is unhealthy as well. So you have to find a good mean.

  • If the reason for your anger is very important, you feel that you are right and you can change the situation a bit, then prove yourself. To assert oneself means to stand above all and not to be lured from the reserve.

  • To prove yourself, it not only needs a confident body language. Your words must also reflect that your are not easily to impress.

How self-confident are you?
